I didn’t feel like I had a choice… it was either career or health.

Why do I need a coach to help me get healthy?

This is a very common question, and honestly the question is: how long time do you want to dabble by yourself, waste time and not get real results?

When you have me by your side, I help you identify the actions that move the needle and give you real bang for your buck.

Is this a one size fits all program?

Absolutely not! I base my coaching on a proven method, The Heroo Method, that brings the hero out in you. The program is highly customisable and I’ll be there to ensure that the program fits your needs every step of the way.

I want quick results in 4 weeks. Can you help me?

I do not believe in short term “training diets” or “food diets”, if you goal is to be healthy. And well, science agrees with me.
So the short answer is no.

The reason for it is, that you’ll very likely put on that weight again 4-8 weeks later, because we haven’t changed the real thing that determines your health and looks… and that’s you lifestyle.

I don't have much time. What does this require?

I believe that all people deserve to have energy and feel great in their own body. Most of my clients work in very demanding jobs and have to balance that with a family… and taking care of their health.

So time is an issue for most, but we tailor the program to your lifestyle, and align expectations about what kind of results you can achieve with the time you are able to put in.

One thing is for sure… you get much more out of the time you can put in, when you have a coach on the side to guide you towards the action that actually move the needle
